Case Study: Start-up Business Plan
Rent Rhino, one of Brisbane's newest specialist property management firms, was launched in 2009 following two months of in-depth business planning with Reload.
Throughout the process, Reload conducted a business feasibility analysis, including SWOTs, cash flow forecasts and brand launch strategies. The plan included detailed financial projections, organisation structures and growth action timelines for the next five years.

Full Case Study: Creative Business Benchmarker
Creative Business Benchmarker is a joint project between the ARC Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation, the Queensland University of Technology and the Queensland Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation.
Reload Consulting has provided strategic business, technical, usability and web consulting services to the project since 2007. This has included needs analysis studies, functional requirements workshops, project management, risk management, technical and IT strategy, website strategy and more.
Key areas of the consultancy included usability workshops, stakeholder needs analysis workshops, online survey software tool selection, IT scoping, user centered Open ID security and authentication requirements and reports.
Representatives from Reload Consulting met with various stakeholders to identify the needs of their target users and coordinated the business vision and goal setting from a user centered design approach.
From the initial scoping report created by Reload, and as a result of our ongoing involvement, the project has now rolled out versions to a number of industry segments and is a key part of the Queensland Government's support for the Creative Industries.

Case Study: Full Business Plan
RED-i Design is a web and graphic design agency based in Brisbane. Directors Belinda & Paul Vesey-Brown came to Reload with a vision to grow their business and expand into new markets.
As a result of eight weeks of in-depth consulting between RED-i and Reload, a strategic business plan was produced that provided RED-i with actionable outcomes, realistic goals and a vision for the business over the next five years.

Case Study: Marketing Plan
Reload was asked by Niki Taxidis, founder of Niki Taxidis Photography, to assist with the writing and implementation of a marketing plan to launch the business. This strategic document included key promotional milestones, and set out a timeline of marketing mix elements and their proposed marketing objectives.
By utilising this plan, Niki Taxidis Photography was able to successfully launch the brand across multiple channels and has since been featured in numerous gallery displays.

Case Study: Subway
Through our digital arm, Reload was engaged by Subway to create, manage, monitor and report on all facets of the brand's internet marketing activities that were launched as part of their 'Subway Catering' advertising campaign.
By creating an integrated search engine marketing campaign that was reflective of Subway's overall marketing strategy, Reload was able to deliver a campaign that has changed the way Subway look at the web.
As a result, the online space has now become a major part of Subway's marketing strategies moving forward.

Case Study: Queensland University of Technology
Reload Consulting was engaged by the QUT Faculty of Business to overhaul its website's usability in late 2008. With extensive focus group research, stakeholder interviews, online surveys and multi-design testing, a new design was developed for the faculty. This design will be implemented across the site in 2010.
Following on from this success, Reload was also engaged by the Creative Industries faculty to overhaul their web presence and usability as well.
Reload's designs are now being used as the template for all future website development across the university.

Case Study: Population Health QLD Government
Population Health, a department inside Queensland Health, engaged Reload Consulting to assist with an overhaul of their careers' website.
Reload undertook a thorough usability consulting project, conducting focus groups, stakeholder interviews, online surveys and more to develop a new design for the site that will be implemented in 2010.
